MemorEase Digital Product Policy

This policy governs your access to and use of digital products (including photos, videos, templates, and other downloadable content) purchased from MemorEase. By completing a purchase, you agree to these terms.

1. Product Delivery
All digital products are delivered exclusively via email to the address provided at checkout

Delivery typically occurs within 48 hours of completed payment

Check your spam/junk folder if you don't see your access email

Contact memorease.ai@gmail.com if you haven't received your files within 48 hours

2. Licensing Rights
Your purchase grants you a:

Non-transferable, non-exclusive license for personal/commercial use

Right to modify and incorporate into derivative works

Permission for unlimited digital distribution (websites, social media, etc.)

Prohibited:

Reselling or redistributing original files

Using in illegal/trademarked content

Sharing your access email with others

3. Access & Downloads
Each purchase provides 1 download via your access email

Download links expire 14 days after purchase

One-time reissue available by emailing memorease.ai@gmail.com

4. Refund Policy
Due to immediate digital delivery:

All sales are final

Refunds considered only for:

Undelivered products (after 48 hours)

Corrupted files (reported within 72 hours)

Demonstrable product misrepresentation

5. Account Responsibility
Ensure your provided email is accurate

Protect your download links - they are for your use only

MemorEase isn't liable for emails blocked by your provider

6. Policy Changes
We may update these terms; your continued use constitutes acceptance.
